My Journey to Australia

My Australian life started on 19th February 2019 exactly 9 months and 21 days as of today to pursue my masters in Mechatronics Engineering. The farthest I have travelled from my home was to Abu Dhabi, in fact just a 4hour journey. Indeed my life in Australia is like a dream come true for a student from a normal middle-class Indian family. Thanks to all the critics and negative influences which drew me to the position where I am now.
Like a normal B.Tech graduate in India, I started preparing for the GATE soon after my graduation in 2017 even though my dream was to fly to Sweden for a Masters degree. I had spent almost a year for the exam preparation with 100% dedication but proved a failure and I couldn't get a qualifying score in the exam. Then I realised that time matters more than my desires owing to my family circumstances, I decided to join for M.Tech in Biomedical Instrumentation at a deemed university in TN, which I had never thought of. But like many of decisions in life, the plan didn't work out, as I withdrew from the admission a day before the commencement of the classes. I haven't considered all the tutors( a very large number in fact) which I had met in my life as a "GURU'S".
Only a few tutors were able to make a mark in my journey, in fact, I used to analyse and filter out a lot. One among them made a significant NEGATIVE remark about my decision, even though he was a rank holder from the same institution where I intended to join. In fact, this was the turning point in my life, the meeting which I will never forget in my life. Thanking God for giving me the best understanding family, I was able to convince my family without any difficulty. Then the processes started like bang which ended in getting the confirmation of enrollment to the University of Wollongong.
